Update 02/25 We've been back three times in the last two weeks. We're going back soon. Get the tacos! Get the bean dip! Might as well get the large! It's delicious. --- (2022?)This place is only a few miles from house but never been here. Decided to try it out and we are kicking ourselves for not trying it sooner. I'm a burrito kind of guy. The carne asada burrito was okay. The stars were the shredded beef taco, ground beef taco, and beef enchilada. After having the tacos here I don't think I'm ever ordering a burrito here again. Tacos, tacos, tacos! And maybe a enchilada. We will definately be going back here again.
I absolutely love this restaurant! The staff is so friendly and efficient. They seem to have actual time management and customer service skills that you don't see most places these days. Kudos to the hiring manager!! The food is fantastic and the margaritas are on point!! Thanks Carbajals!!
Flew in from Michigan and found out the place we usually go was closed down. Found this one and so glad we went. The food was so good!! The server was extremely pleasant. The atmosphere was very relaxing. I definitely recommend this place! We will return for dinner here for sure!
I love this little hole in the wall hidden within a strip mall. The food is always delicious and the service is excellent. The prices are a little high, but that's understandable for a mom n pop restaurant that makes all their Mexican food from scratch. The service was well above average and teetering as being one of the best services I've had.
We come here often for lunch. They have such great service and the food is phenomenal. Nice quiet little spot, very clean. You won’t be disappointed.
We were treated to dinner by our friends today and oh boy was it a treat! The minute you walk in it’s like walking into Sunday dinner! I started with the salsa, both delicious but the hot salsa was top notch. I’m a flauta girl and they delivered! The beef flautas were absolutely mouth watering! Along with the beans that are cheesy and perfect! But the cherry on top was the fried ice cream. I was transported to my parents old restaurant and I felt just like a kid again! And the owner? Well let me just say, as welcoming and polite as anyone can possibly be! If you want good food with a sense of family and let’s not forget the drinks,( get the lemon drop) go to Carbajals Mexican Food, can’t wait to go back on Friday!
The people working there, especially our young server, were warm, welcoming, and made sure we had a great experience. The margaritas were tasty, but the food undeniably some of the best Mexican I've had in years. I had the chicken tacos and husband had the carne asada plate. We could barely finish. The guacamole was yum. The salsa nice kick with all the spices you would hope. I'll miss this place when we go home. I'd be a regular.
The food was absolutely delicious!! We live on the other side of town and would drive the 50 miles to come eat!!!! The service was great!! She has the biggest smile and welcoming!!
